Programme Elements
Team Building
Providing the opportunity for students to understand the importance of working with others. Students will develop their interpersonal skills and confidence to ensure the connections that they make with each other are successful.
Personal Development
Personal development is a chance for students to explore elements that challenge them to reflect personally, whilst encouraging them to develop to ensure their own success: Confidence, Potential, Communication, Teamwork, Change, Routine & more.
Future Thinking
Throughout the programme students engage in activities that encourage them to think about their future. By the end of the programme, our hope is that all students will have a better understanding of their next steps and what areas they can invest into.
