About Us

Phase Trust is a growing Christian youth charity committed to walking alongside teenagers at critical stages of their lives. Through mentoring, youth work, and partnerships with schools, churches, and communities, we empower young people to thrive and make positive life choices. We are a local Youth for Christ Centre and are highly embedded in our local community.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional CEO to lead Phase Trust into its next chapter. This is more than a leadership role, it is a calling to shape the future of a mission-driven organisation and expand its impact across the UK.

As CEO, you will set the strategic direction, inspire and lead a talented team, and ensure the organisation is financially sustainable through a strong and diverse fundraising strategy. You will be the public face of Phase Trust, building influential relationships and championing the needs of young people at every level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing bold, strategic leadership to grow and strengthen our impact
• Leading and developing a passionate team of staff and volunteers
• Driving a proactive and ambitious fundraising strategy across multiple income streams
• Building partnerships with churches, schools, funders, and community organisations
• Ensuring excellence in programme delivery, safeguarding, and governance
• Embedding and championing our Christian ethos throughout the organisation

Who We’re Looking For

You will be a proven leader with the ability to inspire, influence, and deliver. You bring a strong track record in fundraising and organisational leadership, alongside a deep commitment to seeing young people flourish.
